About AIM

AIM is committed to enlisting, educating, encouraging, equipping, enabling, and empowering Indian nationals for evangelism and church planting in the Telangana and the Andhra States, South India, through US partnerships and participation of individuals, Sunday Schools, churches, networks, and foundations of similar like-minded organizations.

Rev. Sam Bandela, Executive Director

Rev. Bandela was born into a Hindu family and saved through the work of a missionary couple at the age of 16. He committed his life to Christian service and attended North American Baptist Seminary, where he received his Master of Divinity and Master of Christian Education degrees. He has worked at the North American Baptist Mission Board and as Asia Pacific Area Director for Habitat for Humanity International. He established HFHI work in 17 countries. He began his work at AIM under the appointment of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. AIM is now a non-profit organization.

Making a Difference

AIM works with multiple organizations and churches, including the Ministry Training Center, the Sewing Center, and Medical Camps.

New Church!

A new church was dedicated for God’s glory in Gonaboinapally. This village has the population over half million and there is NO real church until now. The church is right in the entrance of the village as the beacon of light for all who enter and exit from this village.
